How to Setup a Consultation

To schedule a consultation, complete and submit our Contact Form indicating which type of consultation you would like to schedule.

A face-to-face office consultation.

For an email consultation a client should email case and all other pertinent information. The attorney will respond to your case via email within 24 hours of email received.

A telephone consultation initiated by the client that is set up in advance.

A video consultation initiated by the client at a pre-scheduled time by FaceTime, Skype, or WhatsAPP.

The initial 30 minute consultation is free. An hourly rate is charged for any additional time.  All payments will need to be made at the time of the appointment. What to Expect

You may be asking yourself, why do I need a lawyer, and if I do, why this one?

I have rarely had a client in close to 30 years of practicing law, that did not ask themselves these types of questions. This means, you are having the same questions and concerns of your neighbors, family members, co-workers or fellow retirees. You are in good company.

You will speak with the receptionist in order to schedule an appointment. I prefer to meet you in person in order to obtain a clear understanding of the issues you are facing. When you arrive at the office, you will exit the elevator into the reception area where the receptionist will be expecting you and will escort you to one of our conference rooms where we will meet to discuss your case. I realize that taking the time to meet with counsel may make you nervous and somewhat uncomfortable. You do not need to feel that way as I make it my goal to treat my clients as I would desire to be treated under similar circumstances. I always attempt to place myself in your position. This is the only way I know of in order to provide the most compelling representation for you. It is my goal, that after our initial meeting, you feel relieved that your case is in good hands and as important to me as it is to you.

Throughout your case, you will be speaking with me. As your case progresses, I will contact you via telephone call, letter or email to update you on the status of your case. Depending upon the status of your case, the contacts may be numerous to few within any given time period. Rest assured, just because you do not hear anything for a period of time, it does not mean that your case is not progressing or is not important.  

At the conclusion of your case, it is my goal that I meet your expectations and ensure your satisfaction as your Attorney of Counsel.
