I created the firm with one purpose in mind, to assist and represent individuals and families rather than larger companies. I represent individuals and families with legal needs in the areas of Estate Planning Law, Elder Law, Corporate Law, and Immigration Law You may ask “why not practice in a large firm?” While I have been associated with a couple of firms in the last 25 years, approximately half of that time I have practiced law as a solo-practitioner. I enjoy the freedom to represent my clients in the manner I believe best rather than within the culture of a large firm that may have other priorities that are more focused on financial return than client satisfaction. My favorite part of being an attorney is viewing the satisfaction and relief on a client’s face as together we are proactive in resolving an issue prior to it becoming a problem or in overcoming what appears to be an insurmountable issue. In fact, that is what drew me to the law, the opportunity to be of service. That idea, the opportunity to serve, is what this firm is based upon and strives to achieve each day. Your case is important to you which is what makes it important to me. I have striven to live my life in the belief that when I serve others, I, therefore, live life to the fullest.
